Transitional Housing
Our transitional housing program (W.O.M.B. Tribe) is a safe, nurturing environment for pregnant women and new mothers to grow and thrive. Our holistic approach focuses on empowering women to develop essential life skills, fostering self-care, and build strong mother-child relationships.
Eligibility: Pregnant women & new mothers up to 12 months postpartum
Weekly Rate: $175 (utilities included)
Amenities: Furnished housing with shared kitchen and living spaces
Community Collaborative Workshops
H.O.W. partners with local organizations to host a series of workshops to address the unique challenges faced by pregnant women and new mothers, including poverty and economic instability, limited access to education and healthcare, social inequality and isolation.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our 12-week comprehensive IOP is designed to support pregnant women struggling with mental health challenges, including substance use disorders. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for women to heal, grow, and develop coping skills.
Case Management
Our case management program is designed to bridge the gap between individuals in need and the resources available to them. We understand that navigating the system can be overwhelming, which is why our dedicated team is here to provide personalized support.
